Night Receptionist Role

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Conduct accurate and timely night audits, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities.
  • Ensure the Front Office area is maintained to a high standard, including the reception desk, lobby, and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
