About the Role:

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Offer expert knowledge of the local area and hotel facilities, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Provide accurate information and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
