We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Technical Support Specialist to become a vital part of our Customer Service and Technical Support team.

Role Overview
As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our expanding clientele. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering telephone assistance for a range of inquiries, from basic troubleshooting to advanced programming challenges.
  • Guiding and educating customers on the effective use of our diagnostic software, while providing real-time support during their operational tasks.
  • Improving the overall customer service experience by offering insightful advice, training, and support, particularly in relation to technical matters.

Compensation and Benefits
In the position of Customer Technical Support Specialist, you will enjoy:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 annually, based on your experience.
  • An Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus that has no upper limit and is tax-free for the first £3600 after a year of continuous service.

Candidate Profile
To excel in the role of Customer Technical Support Specialist, you should possess:

  • An exceptional telephone communication style.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
  • A solid understanding of CAN Bus wiring diagrams and systems, along with the capability to diagnose issues effectively.
