Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers, addressing a range of queries from basic to advanced programming issues.
- Assist customers in using our diagnostic software, offering guidance and support to help them complete tasks efficiently.
- Enhance the overall customer experience by providing effective advice, training, and support, focusing on technical issues.
- Act as a company ambassador, promoting our brand values and expertise.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- The ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Good IT skills and a proven track record of technical competence.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, either as a mobile technician or other.
- The ability to understand CAN Bus wiring diagrams and systems, with a proven ability to diagnose faults.
- Relevant accredited vehicle technology technical qualifications, such as Btec, City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent.

About the Rewards:
- An excellent salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- An EOT bonus with no upper limits, benefiting from being tax-free for the first £3600 after 12 months of continuous employment.
