Network Support Specialist

About the Role
As a Network Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure across the UK and Ireland. You'll be the go-to person for partners, providing both reactive support during critical situations and proactive guidance on new system implementations.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical assistance to partners, ensuring network stability and performance.
- Document your visits and activities through comprehensive reports submitted to your manager and our CRM system.
- Effectively roll out new systems, procedures, and training materials to partners as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to streamline the onboarding process for new partners.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to assess potential new partners and ensure they meet our operational standards.
- Facilitate seamless communication and data sharing between departments to guarantee a comprehensive and effective service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational procedures and network quality, presenting your suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
- Offer practical support to address any issues that may arise within the company.
- Encourage feedback from partners to enhance the quality of our services.
- Promote a culture of quality and excellence within the team.
- Provide prompt and efficient reactive support to partners as required.
- Work closely with the Network Support Manager to ensure timely decision-making in critical situations.
- Ensure all operational coverage expenses remain within the allocated budget.
About You
You possess excellent communication skills and a natural ability to coach and train others. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting readily to short notice requests. Your strong organizational skills allow you to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
