Vantage Data Centers is a leading provider of data center solutions, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure to the world's top hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprises.

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our EMEA team, responsible for driving the development and success of our innovative products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can influence the product development process from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify new opportunities, and develop product strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product management and enablement process from concept to launch, including conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and defining product requirements with a specific focus on the EMEA market.
  • Manage development, launch, and communications of products, enhancements, features, and functionality across the global markets, with a specific focus on the EMEA market.
  • Ensure successful delivery and implementation of new products.
  • Present, advocate for, and defend product ideas and strategies in meetings with executives and members of the product development organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years overall work experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and development.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build, cultivate and leverage personal and professional networks and relationships, develop, and deliver successful presentations, and collaborate and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in the design, construction, and delivery of data centers and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • PMP, optional.
  • National and international travel required is expected to be between 5% and 10% but may vary over time as the business evolves.
