Job Title: EMEA Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist - Mosaic AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect), you will be a deep technical expert in Gen AI and Machine Learning, helping customers succeed with these use cases in the Lakehouse paradigm. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and the EMEA Field Engineering and Sales teams to bridge the technical gap between these critical organizations, driving the Data Intelligence Platform vision forward for our customers.

You will provide thought leadership on best practices for building and deploying compound AI systems with Databricks, working closely with the Databricks Product Management team to drive adoption of Mosaic AI features and ensure a consistent product vision for the EMEA technical field. You will also work with Sales and FE leaders to identify target accounts and messaging, supporting enablement activities for the EMEA technical field and sales teams, and driving customer success through direct engagement and expertise scaling across EMEA.

The Impact You Will Have:
  • Deliver thought leadership in Mosaic AI best practices for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, creating valuable content for the EMEA technical community and beyond.
  • Collaborate with sales and FE leaders to drive adoption of Mosaic AI across EMEA.
  • Provide a strong, informed, and data-driven perspective in conversations with the Product and Engineering teams to influence our product strategy and priorities.
  • Offer guidance and oversight for large-scale enterprise Mosaic AI competitive scenarios, serving as a trusted technical advisor to senior tech leads and executives.
  • Act as the level three point of escalation on the toughest technical challenges in the field, driving customer success.
  • Build and manage an SME group in EMEA field-engineering around Mosaic AI.
  • Develop key messaging and approaches to ensure the EMEA technical field is prepared for competitive conversations.
What We Look For:
  • Experience in designing and delivering cloud-based Data Warehousing Solutions in a client or customer environment.
  • Ability to advise customers on Data Warehousing architecture, including cross-cloud expertise.
  • Demonstrated competence in the Lakehouse architecture, including hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
