Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of quality professionals in the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system (QMS)
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify and correct quality issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a QA capacity, working in a GMP environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and GMP
  • Experience of auditing and investigation, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
