We are on the lookout for exceptional executives to join us as co-founders, aiming to establish the next wave of billion-dollar enterprises. We have a curated list of validated business models and are seeking the ideal teams that exhibit strong product-founder alignment. Over the past four years, we have successfully launched 10 companies, with half of them poised to achieve valuations exceeding $100 million within the upcoming months.

Role Overview

  • Assuming co-founder level accountability for the development of an innovative technology enterprise.
  • Overseeing the business operations as a general manager, with a focus on profitability, revenue generation, cash flow, and quality benchmarks.
  • Recruiting, leading, and inspiring a dynamic and results-driven team.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation in an entrepreneurial fashion.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, both internal and external.

Candidate Profile

  • A strong ambition to establish a company, complemented by a desire for support in ideation and launch.
  • An outstanding academic background, preferably an MBA from a prestigious institution.
  • Professional experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or as a senior leader in a successful, venture-backed technology startup.
  • A proven history of personal, academic, and professional accomplishments.
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with analytics and numbers, capable of making decisions based on both intuition and data.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ambition.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
