10x Value Partners is a pioneering investment firm and think tank founded by seasoned entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. Our focus lies in value investing across diverse asset classes, including technology startups, real estate, private debt, and special situations.
We are seeking to collaborate with exceptional executives through the co-founder position to launch the next wave of billion-dollar enterprises. We have identified a selection of validated business models and are in search of the ideal teams to bring these concepts to fruition. Over the past four years, we have successfully established 10 companies, with half of them poised to achieve valuations exceeding $100 million within the upcoming months.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities- Assuming co-founder level accountability for the development of an innovative technology enterprise.
- Overseeing the business as a general manager, ensuring targets for profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality are met.
- Recruiting, leading, and inspiring a dynamic and results-driven team.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and enhancement in an entrepreneurial fashion.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, both internal and external.
- A strong aspiration to establish a company, with a desire for support in identifying the right concept and launching the business.
- An exceptional degree or MBA from a prestigious university.
- Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or as a senior manager in a successful, venture-backed technology startup.
- A proven history of personal, academic, and professional accomplishments.
- Ability to work independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
- Comfort with analytics and numbers, capable of making decisions based on both intuition and data.
- A team-oriented mindset coupled with ambition.
- Fluency in English.
