We are seeking a skilled Career Information and Guidance Adviser to join our team at Career Connect. As a CIAG Adviser, you will play a vital role in supporting offenders in prison to enhance their employment and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with individuals in custody to engage them in learning, training, and employment opportunities within the prison and on release.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support participants in achieving their career goals.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure the best results for our participants.
  • Record accurate information on participant plans and maintain up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Career Information Advice and Guidance (Level 4 Diploma) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work with disadvantaged groups and individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,485 - £30,012 per annum, plus benefits including flexi-time, sick pay, and a holiday flex scheme.
