Job Description

HRLife Ltd is seeking a proactive and commercial HR Business Partner to join our team at an exciting time of change. As we transition HR to a more strategic function, we need someone who can partner with the business, take responsibility for managing direct reports, and drive the implementation of new HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial advice on HR issues and upskill managers on employment relations matters.
  • Develop a first-class employee experience by supporting health and wellbeing, shaping learning and development initiatives, and continuously improving processes and policies.
  • Lead HR project work, including HRIS integration and cultural change programmes.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 7 qualification and previous commercial business experience.
  • Proven HR project experience and ability to utilise data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid pattern, with 2 days a week in the office.
