About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Executive to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of our Colleague Communication and Engagement plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a selection of internal engagement programs that align with our corporate initiatives.
  • Work closely with the CCE lead to maximize opportunities and drive genuine engagement through effective communications strategies.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of business communication channels and review and adapt communication offerings to ensure they remain cutting-edge and benchmarked against external best practice.
  • Take responsibility for elements of selected engagement programs and activities to ensure effective distribution through relevant channels to maximize impact.
  • Drive delivery of communications programs to support our business unit functions.
  • Build a network across the business to improve cross-business communication channels and ensure communication is aligned to and supportive of the engagement plan.
  • Manage 3rd party involvement/suppliers in relation to areas of responsibility.
  • Provide seamless support to the CCE lead in the delivery of country strategic programs aligned to business objectives.
  • Write copy for business communication channels and colleague engagement programs.
Requirements
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and prioritization.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and policy environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional IT literacy, including SharePoint skills.
  • On-target to gain a degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Understanding and knowledge of current communications best practice.
  • Day-to-day direction, by the nature of the business, must be self-initiated.
  • A strong, demonstrated record of assuming ownership of results.
