Tate Hitchin is a well-established and growing property management company seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our in-house team. In return for a competitive salary and benefits, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with external clients, including landlords and contractors, to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Update our in-house database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
- Good IT skills, with proficiency in database management and administrative software.
