We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at our Luton dealership. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting the features and benefits of our Vauxhall range to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that customers receive the right products to suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Presenting the features and benefits of the Vauxhall range to customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Selling and promoting Finance, Insurance, and other products
- Ensuring that customers receive the right products to suit their needs, in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Organized with good administration skills
- Competent in using IT systems
- A background of delivering exceptional customer service
- An impressive track record of achieving sales objectives profitably
