Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Deta Electrical Company Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that support business objectives and sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our External Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that support business objectives and sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with them to meet their needs and identify areas for mutual profitable growth.
  • Identify and maximise sales opportunities, proactively seeking new business avenues and converting them into profitable sales.
  • Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities, measuring against KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Generate quotes, provide lead time estimates, and follow up on them.

Requirements:

  • Excellent selling skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding attendance record.
  • Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels.
  • A problem solver who takes ownership of inquiries and challenges.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Proficiency in IT, with a working knowledge of MS Office being desirable.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
