Reports To: Senior Product & Sourcing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Deta Electrical Company Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that support business objectives and sales forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our External Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that support business objectives and sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with them to meet their needs and identify areas for mutual profitable growth.
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities, proactively seeking new business avenues and converting them into profitable sales.
- Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities, measuring against KPIs.
- Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments and stakeholders.
- Generate quotes, provide lead time estimates, and follow up on them.
Requirements:
- Excellent selling skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding attendance record.
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels.
- A problem solver who takes ownership of inquiries and challenges.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Proficiency in IT, with a working knowledge of MS Office being desirable.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
