Reed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with External Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Nurture and build strong relationships with key customer accounts to identify areas for mutual profitable growth.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and convert them into profitable sales.
- Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities, measuring against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven selling skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office being desirable.
- Competitive salary within the £25,000 to £29,000 banding.
- Access to the company's profit share scheme.
- Company pension.
