We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team at M&G plc. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to our advisors and customers, understanding customer requests and identifying what is required.
  • Maintain customer accounts, processing all transactions and enquiries accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Own all requests and enquiries from end to end, delivering a personal service to our customers.
  • Continuously seek additional knowledge to provide support to advisors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes and services.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in customer service and administrative environments, preferably in financial services.
  • Handling calls in a busy Call Centre environment, with high standards, productivity, and quality.
  • Organisational skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
