We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily support of clients within your designated area. You will collaborate with a passionate team to foster and sustain Florence's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with users at care facilities to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for healthcare professionals in your region while ensuring that client staffing needs are met.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to enhance Florence's performance and adoption within your territory.
  • Assist Regional Account Managers in ensuring successful onboarding and retention of clients.
  • Engage with current clients and focus on re-establishing connections with previous clients.
  • Address general inquiries received through various communication channels.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly team performance metrics.
  • Develop expertise in your market and contribute to strategic business planning.
  • Support the overall success of the team in achieving business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring requirements and organizational goals.

  • Proficient in technology and IT systems.
  • Previous experience in customer engagement roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
  • A genuine interest in or experience within the Health & Social Care sector.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
