A Typical Day:

In the role of Business Development Manager, you will create a commercial strategy that aligns with the business objectives, outlining the actions and tactics necessary to enhance our market position. You will collaborate with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to continuously refine strategies aimed at retaining and expanding our business. By leveraging market intelligence, you will formulate strategic plans to ensure our hotel remains competitive.

As part of a dedicated team, you will work in an environment that values work-life balance while striving for excellence.

What We Require:

To excel in this position, you should have prior experience as a Business Development Manager, ideally within the hospitality sector. As the commercial authority for this hotel, you will confidently discuss business performance and provide informed recommendations at a senior level. This role demands collaboration with the senior management team on-site and mentoring the team to maximize revenue opportunities.
