We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to provide exceptional service in prestigious residential buildings in the City of London on a temporary basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading property management firm renowned for its excellence in the industry. Our client provides flexible shift patterns, potential for permanent positions, and comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify all visitors and guests, ensuring authorized access to the premises. Report any suspicious or unusual activities, and contact authorities if necessary.
- Accurately document any security or health and safety concerns, incidents, and complaints, taking appropriate action during emergencies.
- Manage all deliveries at the main reception, ensuring the safe receipt and storage of parcels and registered mail. Maintain a record of all deliveries, which must be signed for by residents.
- Issue keys only to authorized personnel or residents, ensuring a meticulous record of key sign-in and sign-out.
- Oversee the implementation of fire and emergency procedures for the site.
- Provide a warm welcome to residents, addressing inquiries via phone or in-person. Assist residents, guests, and visitors with their requests while ensuring continuous reception coverage.
The role of a Concierge is primarily customer-centric, requiring a high-caliber, proactive individual to deliver a welcoming, courteous, and professional reception experience. Maintaining the exceptional standards of the residential properties is paramount.
