Concierge Opportunity in Luxury Residential Development

We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential development in North West London. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring the smooth running of the Concierge desk, and managing various tasks to maintain the high standards of the development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet residents and visitors, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Liaise with and supervise contractors undertaking works on-site.
  • Undertake building patrols to ensure the security of the building and report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
  • Assist residents with day-to-day queries.
  • Manage and distribute keys, post, and parcels.
  • Answer the telephone, log all messages, and deal with general enquiries.
  • Record any incidents that occur and respond to requests quickly and effectively.
  • Issue building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings is required. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
