We are currently seeking a skilled Plant Inspection Assistant to join our team. As a Plant Inspection Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that meat is produced safely and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct post-mortem inspections to verify the quality and safety of meat products.
  • Verify that meat and offal rejected as unfit is removed, stored, and disposed of safely and properly.
  • Maintain accurate records of post-mortem inspections and findings.
  • Collect and input data related to meat quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain the highest level of food standards and safety.

Working Hours

  • PM shift: 15:15-00:00 - Monday - Friday
  • AM shift 05:00 - 15:15 Monday - Saturday

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
