Role Overview:

ArvatoConnect is looking for Customer Service Advisors to represent a renowned international fashion retailer. This brand is celebrated for its innovative approach and strong customer relationships. We provide an exceptional training program to equip successful candidates for a fulfilling career.

The selected individuals will work 40 hours per week across 5 days, with shifts scheduled between 3pm-Midnight and 5pm-2am. Fixed shift preferences cannot be accommodated at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional and high-quality inbound and outbound telephone service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build trust with customers through transparency and reliability, ensuring commitments are met.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Foster positive customer relationships to encourage retention and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer concerns, providing personal contact details to enhance trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to meet the outlined criteria in the job description.
  • Experience in customer interactions via telephone, email, or web chat.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable providing technical support and guidance.
  • Proficient in IT, with strong keyboard skills and familiarity with various software applications, including Microsoft Office.
