Overview

Leader Recruitment Group is proud to collaborate with a prominent Residential Care Provider to fulfill their staffing requirements. We are actively seeking multiple Registered Care Managers to join our team across various locations.

Role Summary

As a Registered Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs with exceptional care standards. You will inspire, guide, and develop your team, offering clinical support and mentorship to guarantee the effective and safe operation of the care facility. Upholding independence, dignity, and choice for all residents is fundamental to our mission, and your capacity to maintain precise records and make informed decisions will be vital to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions including care, administration, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management.
  • Promote and manage the service, ensuring compliance with established standards and financial objectives.
  • Safeguard and enhance the welfare of all individuals in your care.
  • Tailor care delivery to align with the preferences and wellbeing of Service Users.
  • Oversee Care Planning to adapt to the evolving physical, psychological, and social needs of Service Users, ensuring respect for privacy, dignity, and informed consent.
  • Collaborate with Service Users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive Care Plans.
  • Manage all aspects of medication administration in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Induct, supervise, and evaluate both new and existing staff, ensuring ongoing development and succession planning.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork within the service.
  • Act as a mentor, fostering strong team dynamics.
  • Continuously review and update Care Plans as necessary.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Essential: Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
  • Desirable: Nursing Degree.
  • Required: Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
