Job Summary:

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Case Manager to oversee complex care packages across a large geographic area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of running complex care packages, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Travel between care packages, visiting clients and assessing their needs, with an expectation of three days of travel per week and two days working from home.
  • Attend monthly visits to the head office to ensure alignment and collaboration with the wider team.
  • Promote a supportive environment and high standards of professional practice, leading by example and covering shift shortfalls when required.
  • Participate in local authority provider and engagement forums, liaising with commissioners, safeguarding boards, and specialist professionals.

  • Make fair and assertive decisions confidently.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show consistency and reliability in management practices.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, willing to cover shifts and travel as needed.
  • Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Package and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience).
