About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard.
  • Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments of new patients on admission.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
  • Liaise effectively with external healthcare providers and suppliers.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of care staff to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place to meet the needs of patients and staff.
  • Use a person-centered approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with dignity and respect.

  • Valid Registered Nurse Qualification (Mental Health Nurse)
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Clear DBS
