Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a passionate team and engage with our expanding customer base. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Offering specialized services such as boot fittings, gait analysis, and more.
- Welcoming and training new team members.
- Enhancing leadership skills and operational knowledge through our eLearning platform and development teams.
- Executing key holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and store policies.
- Leading the team in the absence of senior management.
- Coaching team members to foster a culture of high performance and enhance service delivery.
- Assisting with administrative and compliance tasks.
