About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Manager to join our team at Arcus FM Limited. As In-Store Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to ensure our stores are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruiting, training, and managing a team of cleaning staff
  2. Planning and coordinating cleaning schedules and rotas
  3. Monitoring and managing cleaning standards and quality
  4. Managing employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a team management role, preferably in a retail or cleaning environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
