Night Cleaning Supervisor

At Burhill Golf & Leisure, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our golf clubs and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Liaise with the Health & Fitness Manager to ensure that all cleaning schedules and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working order and that stock levels are adequate.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a night-time role, requiring flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
