Night Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Burhill Golf & Leisure. As a Night Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our Health & Fitness Manager to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with the Health & Fitness Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure all facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, adhering to our health and safety policies.
  • Manage and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure optimal results.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve our goals and objectives.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
