Night Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

At Burhill Golf & Leisure, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our Health & Fitness Manager to achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with the Health & Fitness Manager to ensure all shifts are covered, and holidays and sickness are managed.
  • Work closely with the fitness manager to maintain stock levels and replenish stock as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is safe to use and properly stored when not in use.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to COSHH and health & safety guidelines.
  • Wear the correct uniform for the job and follow the staff handbook for personal appearance.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the club when on shift and undertake duties as required.
  • Create a positive and approachable impact on staff, members, and guests.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Comply with BGL personnel policies and procedures, including health & safety procedures.
  • Undertake any further duties requested by management.

Working Conditions:

  • Work nights, evenings, and weekends as required.
