Job Title: Cleaning and Waste Operative

Location: Dartford

Hours: Flexible

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Pay Rate: Competitive

Role Overview and Purpose

As a Cleaning and Waste Operative with ABM, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to client facilities. Your tasks will include cleaning floors, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be responsible for setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

· Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down stainless steel fixtures, and remove smudges from mirrors

· Clean restrooms, empty trash, and sanitize fixtures

· Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas

· Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed

· Perform additional duties as required

Required Skills and Experience

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Approachable and courteous manner

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
