Job Title: Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM UK. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients' facilities, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down stainless-steel fixtures and barriers, and dry mop black marble pillars
  • Empty trash, clean and sanitize restroom facilities, and sweep and mop floors
  • Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
  • Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed to ensure optimal service to clients
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Approachable and courteous manner
  • Desire to work in an adult services environment
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building
