Job Title: Supervisor - Bluewater - Full Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Bluewater. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and location in achieving excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the visual presentation of the store, ensuring a commercially aware and engaging customer experience. Main Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with the team, promoting excellent team participation and respect for others. • Consistently display personal motivation to inspire the team, driving sales and customer satisfaction. • Proactively use and deliver effective training and incentives, ensuring the team is equipped to meet sales targets. • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including best sellers, underperforming categories, and customer profiles. • Promote and implement merchandising standards, replenishment procedures, and housekeeping standards to ensure Ted Baker is represented at the highest level. • Proactively plan and complete all specific VM, merchandise, and retail directives in a timely manner. • Deliver effective product placement throughout the retail floors, communicating your strategy and monitoring results. • Be responsible for ensuring the team demonstrates a strong understanding of customer profiles and uses online and offline sales techniques to build loyal customer relationships. • Consistently display an in-depth knowledge and interpretation of location figures to support the achievement of targets and KPIs. • Use all available tools to ensure the presentation of product is commercially considered and maximises sales potential. • Drive awareness of brand promotions, marketing activity, and campaigns to the team and customers. • Ensure the team effectively captures customer data at PoS – where relevant – and understands how this actively informs customer relationship management. • Build and maintain a strong commercial awareness of our competitors and local markets, communicating findings to the management team. • Keep yourself and team up to date, and take an active interest in engaging with Ted Baker's social media activity.
