Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive emergency medical services to patients, including assessment, resuscitation, and initial treatment, while ensuring appropriate referrals and follow-up care.
- Engage actively in clinical duties, managing patient care on the front lines, and conducting follow-up consultations.
- Participate in the on-call schedule alongside senior medical staff to maintain 24/7 emergency service availability.
- Oversee certain administrative functions, including rota management.
- Foster effective communication with General Practitioners, emergency services, and social care providers.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with both consultant and junior medical staff across various specialties.
- Contribute to clinical meetings and professional development activities within the Trust.

- Direct Clinical Care: Engaging in clinical activities, including both predictable and unpredictable emergency situations.
- Supporting Professional Activities: Involvement in continuing professional development, audits, teaching, and research initiatives.
