The Role: Sales Development Representative (Italian Speaker)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating new leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our business within the Italian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including online research, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for our Enterprise Sales Representatives by engaging in insightful conversations with executives and developers.
  • Track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Native fluency in Italian and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to exceed targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
