At Optiver, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Institutional Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with counterparts in the Italian cash equity space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Italian cash equity market participants.
  • Assist traders in their direct trading with counterparts, providing guidance on sequence dialogue and context to help trading price most effectively.
  • Support trading's growing understanding of individual and wider DCP sector trading, informing their trading efforts.
  • Develop participant profiles, reports, and analyses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain content related to direct trading initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Cash Equity Institutional Sales.
  • Detailed knowledge of and established professional network in the Italian cash equity market.
  • Strong experience building relationships within cash equities space and strong selling capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel and meet face-to-face with prospective and current counterparties.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset willing to take ownership in developing exciting projects.
