Job Title: Allegro Support Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Allegro Support Team Lead to join our global Allegro Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the European AMS team and working closely with teams across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the European AMS team and collaborate with teams across the globe
  • Provide technical support for Allegro applications and services
  • Escalate issues to global stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to resolve
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with business departments to ensure seamless support and communication

Requirements:

  • Hands-on technical experience with Allegro
  • Ability to direct and work collaboratively with IT resources and business departments
  • Experience in an IT role in the energy and/or commodities markets
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
