Job Title: Allegro Team Lead - Technical Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Allegro Team Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Allegro Application Maintenance and Support team in Europe, overseeing teams across different regions, and acting as the main point of contact for support issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and collaborate with IT resources and business departments to ensure seamless support and maintenance of Allegro applications.
  • Support the Gas and Power trading business by providing expert technical guidance and resolving complex issues.
  • Manage teams across different regions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as an escalation point for support, providing timely and effective solutions to critical issues.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Allegro and a strong background in the energy and commodities markets.
  • Previous team management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience in energy and commodities markets, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
