Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR Processes
    • Design and implement effective HR processes and procedures.
    • Manage the end-to-end HR process, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage Employee Relations
    • Nurture a positive and inclusive working environment.
    • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure Compliance
    • Ensure all HR practices and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • A proven track record in a similar HR role, preferably in the finance and accounting sector.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • Ability to architect strategy and provide leadership.
  • Education
    • Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
