Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Qualis Credit Risk Specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the mortgage insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Business Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in the mortgage insurance market.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with carrier partners, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure continued support and commitment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive client relationship strategy to retain and expand existing relationships.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams, including Claims, Agency, Legal, and Compliance departments, to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a solid track record of business development in the insurance industry, with a focus on the mortgage sector.
  • Relationship Management: Possess outstanding relationship management and networking skills, with the ability to establish credibility, influence, and build strong commercial relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of technical insurance and banking PRA requirements and regulations.
