We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager at Chancellors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve the largest active market share in the area
  2. Maximize revenues and grow the property register through effective sales and marketing techniques
  3. Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  4. Manage branch performance and achieve all financial targets through effective team management and leadership
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to employees to ensure they meet their targets
  6. Drive results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of plans

Requirements:

  1. Previous Estate Agency experience and a proven track record of achievement
  2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with clients
  3. Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  5. High standards of service and presentation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  6. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  7. Ability to demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth and development
  8. Full driving license and a car for business use
  9. Business use insurance and the legal right to work in the UK
