General Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an inspirational leader to drive the success of our Hempstead Valley gym in Gillingham. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the gym, delivering commercial performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the gym team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure the gym meets high standards of operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of management experience in the leisure industry.
- Passionate about customer service and inspirational leadership.
- Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
- Experience in driving sales and coordinating local marketing activity.
- Ideal candidate will have experience as a General Manager or Fitness Manager in a leisure facility.
