Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team at RocketMill. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading on a portfolio of clients, planning and delivering campaigns that drive exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on the planning and delivery of campaigns within your portfolio, working closely with our Paid Media Directors and supported by your team.
- Develop and implement media plans that yield exceptional results for clients, growing their revenue with RocketMill.
- Forecast and craft media plans that meet client objectives, while successfully growing their revenue with RocketMill.
- Collaborate with our Client Leadership, Creative, Data & Insight, Business Development, and Organic Search teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and support junior members of the team, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyse campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics, guiding clients on attribution models and what works best for their business.
- Support and help grow revenue with upsells or new business when the time is right for the client.
- Experience in digital marketing account management, with previous accountability for annual management billings in excess of £100,000 and media spend that exceeds £500,000.
- Active certificates for Google exams: AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Display advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, VK, and Programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360, Trade Desk, etc.).
- Ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing technologies and environments.
- Strong presentation skills, able to talk confidently on marketing platforms and tactics.
- Excellent communicator, able to speak with authority to clients and colleagues, and simplify complex challenges.
- Experience presenting at industry events or articles published in trade press.
- Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience using Googles 360 products / DoubleClick (Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Analytics 360, etc.).
- Fluency in modern European languages (written and verbal).
