We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team at RocketMill. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading on a portfolio of clients, developing and executing media plans that drive exceptional results, and growing revenue through upsells and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on the planning and delivery of campaigns within your portfolio, working closely with our Paid Media Directors and supported by your team.
- Develop and execute media plans that are designed to yield exceptional results for your clients, including forecasting and crafting media plans that meet their business objectives.
- Work closely with your team to develop their skills and support their career ambitions through coaching, training, and providing opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate effectively with our Client Leadership, Creative, Data & Insight, Business Development, and Organic Search teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics, and provide insights to clients on attribution models and how to optimize their marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Experience in digital marketing account management, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns and growing revenue.
- Active certificates for Google exams, including AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Display advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and VK platforms, as well as programmatic platforms such as DV360 and Trade Desk.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics, and provide insights to clients on attribution models and how to optimize their marketing strategies.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex marketing concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
- Experience presenting at industry events or publishing articles in trade press.
- Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience using Google's 360 products, including DoubleClick (Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Analytics 360, etc.).
- Fluency in modern European languages (written and verbal).
