The Role: Paid Social Senior Executive
As a Paid Social Senior Executive within our Performance Practice, you will play a vital role in developing and executing successful paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You'll collaborate closely with the Account Manager to achieve client objectives and contribute to the overall success of LEGO's digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to define campaign goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop innovative and creative paid social media campaigns across various platforms, leveraging your understanding of each platform's unique audience and capabilities.
- Manage campaign execution, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign data and generate insightful reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of paid social media efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the paid social media landscape.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in paid social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, X Ads, etc.).
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
