About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Paid Social Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and creative storytelling to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in paid social media marketing, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
