Position Overview

As a Lead Theatre Nurse at Ramsay Health Care UK, you will play a pivotal role in our surgical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment equipped with advanced technology and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Hold a valid NMC/HCPC registration without any restrictions.
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff within the surgical setting.
  • Demonstrate surgical scrub expertise, particularly in orthopaedic procedures such as hip and knee replacements.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a Surgical First Assistant qualification, which is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
  • Maintain a flexible and positive approach to your work, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Show empathy and consideration towards patients and colleagues alike.
